The truth is that most merchant service providers are driven to maximize profits and increase their customer base seemingly at all costs. Grow, grow, grow is the traditional name of the game. We do not agree with this way of thinking. When forming this company we decided early on that the quality of our customer's experience is our number one priority. Doing things our way means slower but sustained growth. More importantly it means happier customers because they really do get a great value for their money with us. What other merchant service provider do you know who will take a call at 3pm from a customer who's machine died and have a new one up and running in 3 hours (2 hour drive time included)? Doing the little things that really matter has become our mantra.

This is accomplished by teaching our customers how to run credit cards in the most cost effective way possible for their business. We also eliminate most traditional merchant service fees that other companies use to pad their bottom line. One simple reason we can do this is because we do not have the high overhead they do.
