IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PCI COMPLIANCE
All of our PCI compliance is done in house. If at any time you have questions on your compliance, please call our office at: 920-882-6680 or Toll Free at: 877-705-1515. We will be more than happy to assist you with completing your PCI compliance in order to avoid non-compliance penalties. Non-Compliance fees are billed quarterly, it is important to complete your compliance within 30 days of set up. PCI self assessment questionnaire (SAQ) needs to be renewed annually and if system scans are required (customers processing over the internet), the scans need to be run quarterly.
You will need to select your equipment from the dropdown menu within your SAQ. If you are using a Hypercom T42xx series or a Verifone vx520, the manufacturer is VeriFone, Inc. If you are using a Dejavoo terminal, the manfacturer is Castles Technology Co LTD and model is Vega5000s. Global virtual terminal users will select Global Payment Services from the first drop down menu. If you do not see your terminal listed, select ‘not listed’ below the table and enter your make and model.
Your user name wil always be your unique merchant ID. Once you have completed your questionnaire, you can email or print your certificate and can obtain a site seal for your website, if applicable.
